Q: Can I taste the food before the wedding?

A: Yes. You are welcome to visit us at any time for food tasting. Our chefs will be happy to work with you to fulfill your requests.

 

Q: How long will my wedding last?

A: Generally, it takes 2 to 3 hours from the beginning of the ceremony until the end of the reception. However, you and your guests can enjoy the wedding as long as you wish.

 

Q: What is the minimum number of guests required for a wedding?

A: Grand Hyatt Incheon has diverse sizes of wedding venues including the Grand Ballroom and the Garden Event Deck. The minimum number of guests required is 2 and the hotel offers a variety of wedding packages and also customised wedding arrangements and catering services. 

 

Q: Are service charges and taxes included in the prices?

A: There are no service charges at our hotel, but only the 10% Government tax. And it is already added to the price.

 

Q: Can I arrange a vendor for flowers?

A: No.  It is required that you choose one of our decoration options. But if there is a particular floral arrangement you desire, our professional florists will certainly make a special effort to meet your expectations.

 

Q: Do you provide a transport service for wedding guests?

A: Yes.  For those who book the Wedding Package and guarantee over 200 guests, we provide complimentary 45-seater bus services, to and from any pre-advised location within Seoul or Incheon city.  In other instances, a transport service may be provided depending on the number of guests and the hotel’s circumstances.

 

Q: What are your services and charge for Pye-Baek room?

A: We provide the room with a basic setup of special tables and floor cushions at no charge. You will need to arrange for the special clothes, food and helper.

 

Q: What is the easiest means of public transportation to get to your hotel from Seoul?

 A: Please take an Incheon International Airport bus which you can easily find almost anywhere in the city, and transfer to the hotel shuttle at the airport. Our complimentary shuttle runs every 15 minutes and it will take you to the hotel in three minutes.

 

Q: How should I prepare other items beside the wedding venue such as wedding dress or make up?

 A: For any additional items you might need, our wedding and events team is pleased to assist with our partener agencies.
